- General information
The event shall be held online on 20 and 27 May 2025 and from 11 to 13 June 2025 in Limerick, Ireland.
Registration deadline is 27 March 2025.
For the event, EUF shall offer the following kinds of tickets:
- EUF network university – 360 EUR
- Other institution – 460 EUR
- Speaker/Contributor – 290 EUR
- Substitution
Substitutions are allowed. You may submit your request to: openspace@uni-foundation.eu until the 16 May 2025. Only one transfer per registration is allowed.
- Cancellation of your participation
You can cancel your registration:
- Before the 21 April 2025: full refund of the registration fee minus handling charges
- From the 21 April 2025 to the 7 May 2025: 50% refund of registration fee minus handling charges
After the 7 May 2025 no refund will take place.

The European University Foundation (hereinafter the EUF) is not responsible for accommodation bookings for the conference. The cancellation policy should be checked with the hotel when a reservation is made and claims should be made directly with the hotel.
Payment must be received in full before the event begins and access will not be permitted if payment has not been received. Invoices are issued for all registrations.
- Cancellation of the event
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of a force majeure.
- Insurance
The EUF does not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property of the delegates, either during or as a result of the event.
