These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the ones of Inviton, which regulate the sale of tickets for the event and all consequential matters.
1. General information
The event shall be held online on 20 and 27 May 2026 and from 10 to 12 June 2026 in Bergen, Norway.
Registration deadline is 30 April 2026.
For the event, EUF shall offer through Inviton the following kinds of tickets:
- Early Bird ticket – 370 EUR
- Full ticket member – 450 EUR
- Speaker/Contributor – 300 EUR
This event is reserved only for participants from members of the European University Foundation (EUF). The organizer reserves the right to verify membership status and deny entry to any non-member institution.
The event tickets are offered through the platform Inviton, whose terms and conditions may be found here https://inviton.eu/terms-and-conditions. Please note that it is not possible to purchase tickets without registering toInviton’s platform and accepting their terms and conditions, as well as the present Terms and Conditions. All payment shall be processed through Inviton’s gateway pursuant to Inviton’s terms and conditions.
2. Substitution
Substitutions are allowed. You may submit your request to: openspace@uni-foundation.eu until the 20 May 2026. Only one transfer per registration is allowed.
3. Cancellation of your participation
You can cancel your registration:
- Before the 5 May 2026: full refund of the registration fee minus handling charges
- From the 5 May to the 20 May 2026: 50% refund of registration fee minus handling charges
- After the 21 May 2026 no refund will take place.
In the event you wish to cancel your participation please contact the event office at: openspace@uni-foundation.eu. Pursuant to their terms and conditions, Inviton does not accept any direct cancellation or refund request without a written confirmation from EUF.
The European University Foundation (hereinafter the EUF) is not responsible for accommodation bookings for the conference. The cancellation policy should be checked with the hotel when a reservation is made and claims should be made directly with the hotel.
Payment must be received in full before the event begins and access will not be permitted if payment has not been received. Invoices are issued for all registrations.
4. Cancellation of the event
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of a force majeure.
5. Insurance
The EUF does not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property of the delegates, either during or as a result of the event.
