Open Space 2026

Lorena Diana Gatea
International Projects Office, Technician for the Promotion of International Education Projects from University of Vigo
I’m really looking forward to connecting with colleagues working in similar areas, exchanging experiences and good practices, and learning from different perspectives. I find these kinds of spaces especially valuable for reflecting on our work, getting inspired, and bringing back fresh ideas that can be applied in our own contexts.

Einar Seime Stokka (speaker and organiser)
Senior Advisor, European Partnerships and Policy from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL)
I am looking forward to hosting good EUF friends and colleagues in Bergen, showing you the city, having good discussions, and to have loads of "kos".

Jannicke Holmseth Bukve (organiser)
Senior Advisor, International projects from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL)
I look forward to hosting a space where energy and openness come together across institutions, roles, and countries!

Silja Margrete Wessman (organiser)

I'm looking forward to hosting our European colleagues in Norway's most beautiful city!

Gülsüm Karaman
Head of International Affairs & Erasmus Office at Eskisehir Technical University
I look forward to come together with colleagues who genuinely share the same motivation to create change; to openly discuss problems or needs and collectively work on more structured and actionable solutions. At the same time, Open Space provides a learning environment where I continue to develop new skills and meet with diverse approaches, and so I'm particularly interested in what new competencies I will build this year.

Maria Ranta
Senior advisor for external funding in education from University of Agder
I am looking forward to exploring the future direction of Erasmus+ and discussing what proactive steps higher education institutions should take today to be well positioned for the next programme period.

Ana Reis
Coordinator of International Education and Training Projects Unit from University of Porto
I'm looking forward to engaging in enriching discussions with colleagues; gaining solid insights on project management–related issues; and exploring potential future joint initiatives.

Isabel Crespo
Advisor Educational Grants and Erasmus+ from Erasmus University Rotterdam
Open Space is a perfect moment to share experiences and knowledge in Erasmus+ related topics with peers and like-minded people from all over Europe. My first Open Space event was in Murcia (2024), and apart from having the most fun, I came back home with new international contacts, important tools for project management, and ideas about how to tackle some challenges on relevant calls.
